Authors' Instructions

Conference and Overview Sessions:

• Presentations are allocated 20 minutes (15 minutes for the actual presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A).

Poster Sessions :

• The poster should have a maximum size of A0 in portrait orientation.
• Authors should bring their poster printed. No printing service will be available at the conference venue
• CLEF 2025 Lab organizers are invited to present their posters at the Poster Session #3.
• Please note that the poster sessions are for CLEF 2024 Lab participants and CLEF 2025 Lab organizers only. Authors of papers accepted to the main conference (i.e. presenting at the conference sessions) will not be required to present a poster.
